Needing both a thick skin and the ability to create instant safety with clients, this role is vital to our success. As a springboard to other internal opportunities, we need people willing to take on the responsibilities of this role with diligence to adapt to the need.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Navigate scheduling software along with the ability to make appointments in person and over the phone

  • Handle cash transactions and balance cash drawer daily

  • Restock, organize and maintain knowledge of retail products

  • Educated on services offered and cultural needs

  • Able to navigate multiple tasks throughout the day

  • Contribute to shared team responsibilities (cleaning, restocking, laundry, etc.)

  • Engage customers personably and professionally

  • Educated on products offered 

  • Able to navigate multi-line phone and voicemail system

  • Maintained diligence to service timing and flow of scheduling needs (hour-to-hour and day-to-day)


  • 1+ Years of Customer Service and/or reception Experience

  • 1+ Years of Administration or Similar Organizational Skills Experience

  • Open Availability, including evenings (we close at 7) and weekends (Saturdays only)


  • Previous Salon and Booking Experience

Job Types: 

  • Full-time (32-40 hrs/wk)

  • Part-time(24-30 hrs/wk)
